Hehehe.. This is chilled cheese cake..
Recipe?
200g digestives + 50g butter
100g sweetener
15 g gelatine in 70ml hot water
220g fresh yoghurt
250g cream cheese
.crush digestives and mix with butter for the base.
.base is made with spoon or fingers, flatten digestives on the bottom of baking tray.
.bake for 15 minutes and chill in freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
.mix cream cheese with sweetener for 5 to 10 minutes.
.add sweetener and yoghurt.
.lastly add gelatine and mix till smooth.
.chill in freezer, ready to eat in min 1 hour.

Very nice indeed. I love digestive cookies - never used them for a crust before (I usually use graham cookies). And gorgeous handiwork on the pattern, Mira! I know your secret - I used to make cakes long ago at Baskin Robbins and I learned how to do that same pattern!

yeah yeah.. yah yah.. the trick for the pattern... two O's and just pull to the center... u worked in baskin robbins??? wow!!! fyi, havent got the chance to try Baskin robbins yet.. hehe.. soon.. soon.. :) digestives taste nice tho.. to me, almost taste like banana cake.. :P heheh.. :)
