In conjunction with the Chinese New Year, I thought that i could try my luck in selling some home made pineapple tarts.. hehe.. So far, bussiness is good.. and thank GOD that each batch is consistent.. the taste that is. My version of the pineapple tart is that its the melt-in-the-mouth type.. Some would prefer the crunchy type. But rest assure that my pineapple tarts are those which melts in the mouth and yeah, to satisfy your taste buds, ive added loads of pineapple jam.. (i made the jam myself as well-from fresh from the farm pineapples!).
So far, i have sold at this price : RM25 for 50 pieces and RM45 for 100pcs... :)
